Forget password and can't answer security question

Hello,

First click 1st topic "password and sign in", 2nd topic "forget security question
", then click word "email" under the password helper. Remember don't click in password helper,bc they will ask you security question again. After u click in email word and u fill form they will send the request to your contact email.
