How to recover My Yahhoo mail.

I forgot my password. The options that came up for recovery is to use my alternate email, mobile number and nothing more. My alternate email was my previous company official email which is no longer where I work and is not functional. I cannot see any link asking for security questions. I lost access to my alternate email when I resigned from the company. Please can anyone help me with ideas on how to reset my password without the use of alternate email and mobile number and any others information because I do not remember number I used or format that which the Phone are stated in account setting/ detail form in yahoo.
