My ASUS laptop doesn't turn on

Hello,

My ASUS G75VW shut down while I was on the Internet. When I tried to turn it back on it showed nothing but a black screen where I can move my cursor around. Ctrl+alt+del does nothing, and neither does turning it off and back on. It is plugged on and had a full battery when it happened. This has happened once before but I restarted it and it was fine. The computer is 2 years old.

It sounds like you have a hardware problem with the motherboard or hard disk. I suggest you have a local PC repair shop do a full diagnostic evaluation.
