Hard disk not detecting

Hello,
I have a seagata hard disk 160gb. Trying to do partitioning my disk become dynamic. And not able to boot. So I remove the hard disk and connect to another system for recovering. I recovered some by testdisk. But it says my file system become damaged. And some important content in that drive need to be recovered. So I tried uding a recovery software to recover. Bt I did not find anything. And there after my hard disk neither showing in another computer's disk manager nor testdisk.
