Note that the only requirement is that a verion of JET be installed. In past times, that means you needed one of products listed to be installed, but the newer Win OS's (ie. 2008, Windows 7.0) now include it. So just download it and give it a whirl.
If you don't have JET installed, you'll find out fast enough. JET SP8 is available as a seperate download.
