Hello,
I Have recently had to do a PC restore back to the factory defults due to a few things. After the restore was finished, i have not been able to conect to the internet or use my video card. I have recently fixed my video card by installing correct drivers, but when i try to due the same with my Marvel Yukon 88e8039 PCI-E Fast Ethernet Controller it still hasnt fixed the problem. It is possible that i have the wrong drivers. If you guys know where the correct drivers are or know how to fix this problem then please post. Thank you for your help and computer details are below.
Computer Model: Gateway GT546E
System: Vista 32-bit

Hi, well my friend, the driver you have got is for your LAN card and not for your Wireless LAN Card.

Are you sure you have got a wireless LAN card in this PC?

So you have got windows vista running. You need to enter Device Manager to check if the driver for the WLAN is installed. If not , you'll see "?" next to its name under Network.
What type of connection are you using to access the internet right now? Are you using a network cable connected to the router?

When i check my device manager i see that my marvell yukon is fine, but my acer nic 559A Pro has a caution sign and is not working. And right now, im using my second computer in which a modem and the router are hooked up to.
