Why dbx files do not opened

C: \ Documents and Settings \ your account \ Local Settings \ Application Data \ Identities \ {901084CA-5084-49EB-AA9F-31281AC9E988} \ Microsoft \ Outlook Express
It can be seen, if in properties to put a tick for viewing ALL HIDDEN FILES.
I must say that when copying and opening Outlook are Sent(1).dbx. now it will have to rename your file to call (Sent). I have worked and all previously sent letters recovered and can be seen in Outlook.
