Where is the F10 and F 11 buttons on my HP 2000 laptop

Where is the F10 and F 11 buttons on my HP 2000 lap top ? My keys only go 1 to 0?

On the very top row - the row above the number keys you describe!

Negative on that.. They are question mark, volume cancellation, wifi etc. etc.

You are looking on the correct row now (the one with the [Escape] key on it). That row is where the "f" keys are (labelled "f1","f2", ...). They are labelled in the top left of the keys (probably in a different colour) and may well need you to press the "fn" key to access them. The [Escape] key is not an "f" key so you wont find anything other than "Escape" or "esc" printed on that key.

Thank you I finally found them. You need a magnifying glass to see the numbers.
