Hello everyone,

I am a newbie here and facing a problem with my laptop.

My laptop is not powering up after shutdown. To power up i need to remove the battery / ac adapter. Hold down power button and then reinsert the battery / ac adapter.

My laptop model is samsung - NP550P5C-S02IN.

Is there any way to resolve this issue...??!!

Thanks in advance for help.. :)

Do you mean that this did not solve it?

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.

Your laptop is accumulating "Flea" power very fast. (Flea power is energy that is left in the circuits after shut down.) By removing the battery and cable, pressing the power button flea power is drained.

I suggest you consult a qualified technician.
