File Extensions are changed to test.xls.rblczpc

Good Evening

My computer has been affected some unknown virus. I thinking that it should be affected by trojan virus or malware .

All the files extensions are changed . I can able open the folders, no problem.

All my files are available inside the folders.

it has affected all my drives .

Eg : test.xls changed to test.xls.rblczpc

It has affected my dbx / pst / txt / xls / doc etc..

Kindly please look into the matter and help me to remove the virus.

The files you mentioned have been encrypted by a hacker, surprisingly, you were not asked for a ransom.

I regret to inform you that the files cannot be decryted or recovered.

In the future, should you come across a threat, I suggest that before attempting disinfection that you come to Kioskea first.

I also suggest that you ensure to have a good antivirus and firewall.
