Windows XP reinstall --- all drivers missing!

hey ya'll, i have found sooo many useful answers on this site, and you are all so good at providing kick-ass info, that until now, i havent had to ask one myself.....well, till now.

unfortunately, this is not a tricky one, but moreso an embarrasing one as im an idiot! :)

had to reinstall windows (couldnt repair) as my pc was f&cked! long story short, all my hardware is still there (soundcard, videocard, wireless card, etc.) and windows gives me the errors in the Device Manager, but i dont know which drivers i need.

luckily i ran windows update and it found my video card for me, so that seems to be ok. and after 2hrs of searching i found the right driver for my wireless card....hence my ability to even post this ;) but the rest are still missing (audio, unknown device, SM Bus, etc.).

i was just wondering if there is a piece of software out there that can scan my system and tell me what i have, without me opening up the case and looking around. and ideas?

and if this post sounds as stupid as i think it does, please, feel free to give it to me! :)
