NO Display on the Monitor

HI,
Can you give me some ideas how to repair my computer, The CPU is on but there is no display on the Monitor, the Monitor is working fine, I tried removing the RAM clean it and also change the slots but no Luck!
I remove the power Cable and then plug it back no Luck: I Remove the Battery then put it back but no Luck!
Please give me some other ideas!

Thank you! I tried those ideas but no Luck Too.

I reset the CMOS by removing the baterry, the screen display but again black everytime I restart my computer.

Please give some ideas

when you remove the ram can you hear any beep sounds?...
