Phonne memory flashing

Hello,

please my yxtel android phone is hanging too much, when i switch it on, it just show me yxtel on the screen for the all day until it is off by its self, please help me solved this problem becouse thats why am thinking of flashing it. and how can i get the correct software to flash it,, its yxtel G009

If you can't get it to turn on then you can't flash it.
