Hello,
I have Toshiba satellite C850D and its screen went blank after Toshiba logo. I have tried to HDD recovery from F12 key but its not going through. I cant afford to lose my data.
Can anyone help pls. Its my first time I m using this forum.

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.

Thanks for ur quick reply but I have tried this already and its not working. It does not look like battery or power issue. Pls can u help still if online now.

If you notice any kind of life, I would try connecting to an external monitor.

What is your operating system?

P.S. There are more Toshiba issues than any other brand!
