Help me please!!!! Toshiba laptop wont work.

Hello,
So my Toshiba laptop won't turn on. I get a black screen and the green power lights are on, and I hear that it's running, but I can't do anything.
I tried turning it off. I tried takin out the battery then holding in the button for 2 minutes, then plug in my charger, but that didn't work. I don't have a clue what to do.

You can pay to have a local PC repair shop do a diagnostic (perhaps $100) or you can just replace the laptop. You might be able to same your data by removing the hard drive and using a USB drive enclosure.
