No audio output device installed

Hello,
I upgraded from windows xp to 7 professional everything is fine except no sound.
On bottom right corner there is speaker with a x in red circle.
In device manager "Multimedia audio controller" and "High Definition Audio Controller" Show a n error...Please help
My mother board is hcl p4p800-vm/s

You will need to update the audio device drivers. I suggest you use a free program called SlimDrivers. It will identify, download and install all the drivers you need.

Just Google the name for a download location.
