Internet access works on one device, but doesn't work on another

Hello, My internet seems to not be working on my IPhone and I have not only tried restarting both the router and the modem, but I also tried restarting my phone. Even with that, my internet seems to be working perfectly on my computer.

I am lost. What can I do to get the internet working on my phone?
