am not able to access to my facebook account please help me reactivate it

How long was deactivated for?

its has been for four months now since it was deactivated and it says we will back on your after they make a decision i dont understand it then it gets back to log out

Hi,

A Facebook account which is deactivated for 15 days or more is automatically deleted from the server. This is Facebook policy. You account no longer exist. I suggest you create a new one.

but when i try to log in it tells me they will look on then get back to me so i have been waiting and i was using it regularly

You have told be that the last time you accessed your deactivated account was four months. That is not regularly is it?

when i try to open a new facebook with the same name its refusing to log in?
