Hi ayman
first make sure that you have all the rights of the administrator (administrator account) go to the control panel and then choose users see if your account is limited change it to administrator.
in the case of that you have an administrator account then follow this
- log off (do not shutdown)
- now press ctrl+Alt+Del at the sametime
- now write in the user field (administrator) do not write any password
-press ok now to log in.
