Hi there,
When you are in Windows and you see the black screen and cursor, enter Task Manager by pressing ctrl + alt + del. Search processes and terminate explorer.exe. After that, import new task from file. Type explorer in the line. The new task should be created as Administrator. If you manage to fix the issue, go to the video card manufacturer's web page and search for some driver updates.
