Can't access my yahoo account

Hello,
I have moved from Pakistan to Iran. I can't access my yahoo accout. The alternate email is expired and the mobile number is not workable here in Iran. I want to answer my security questions but that option is not available here. How can i access my yahoo account. Please help me.
