IPod Color and Black spots fix, tips, or help?

Hello,
Can you fix an iPod 5 screen that has black dots and multiple colors near the black dots after you dropped it? I was walking home from school, I ended up dropping it as a man stepped on it with his large dress shoe. It's driving me nuts trying to see if there is a solution! I'd appreciate if someone helped out. :)

I probably needs a screen transplant. I suggest you try to find a local shop that does Apple product repairs.

I have heard that you can't just drop in - but, must make an appointment
