Hello,
when turn on the system it showing error "please insert the dsik. press any key when you ready" and when i am going to re-image the same system after pressing F12 it showing lan ipv4 and ipv6 version.if i pressed ip v4 will restart and stuck at >>start pxe ipv4. please reply the solution.

Your hard drive appears to have failed and the BIOS is trying to boot from the LAN.

Solution is to replace the hard drive and re-install Windows from the DVD.
