My acer laptop aspire e1-431 keyboard and mouse not working in windows7 start up page..cannot login into windows 7 alone..im using linux os in the same lap its working..pls smeone help me to solve tis issue

I have a friend that can help u he is a computer and other devices fixer he fixes keyboards and try buying a pc mouse so u can get the on screen keyboard il tell u when I have more info ok
