Connected but browser wont open or load any site

Hello,
I'm connected but chrome/IE does not load or open any site.
I have this windows 8.
And i've tried several things to solve my problem but it won't
WORK.

I'v tried resetlog.txt
But it says
'Resetting interface , OK!
Resetting , failed
Access rejected

What should i do???






Pleaas someone HELP

WOW! This is most interesting! This isn't normal if you are connected! :)

Ping your gateway, and let us know if you get an answer.
