No access to laptop after entering password

After entering my password , it says WINDOWS IS LOADING FILES, then start up repair begins saying START UP REPAIR IS CHECKING FOR SYSTEMS PROBLEMS and then it saysto RESTART YOUR CCOMPUTER TO FINISH REPAIRS but it then goes back to asking to ENTER PASSWORD again and every has to be repeated again. Any solutions ?

Looks like you have damage to critical Windows system files. You can start a Windows Repair from the DVD. It might be able to repair the problem. The root problem might be a hardware failure with one of the tracks on the hard disk. Which would require the replacement of the drive and re-installation of Windows.
