Startup issue

Hello,
I have dell latitude e6400. when i start it, fan runs but no display. After few seconds it is off completely. Once i remove ram and again put it. After it runs perfectly. But once shut down, again same problem. Now even ram removing not working. Kidly help me

Only a PC tech with "hands on" access can diagnose your problem. My best guess is that you have a motherboard problem.
