Right click my computer and click manage. When open go to disk management. Look at what disk the USB drive is labelled. E.g. Disk 1
Then open command prompt and run the commands.... (press enter after each one).
> diskpart
> list disk (find which disk is USB drive)
> select disk (X) *(USB Drive) X = number of disk*
> clean (please note this will format the full drive)
