Hello Nildo,
The reason for your laptop not to start up could be due to either failed hard drive or failed power supply. You could try several things:
1. Pull out your hard drive and connect it to another PC via SATA-USB cable to see if it's working there
2. Check the power supply that goes into your RAM slot and SATA, because there might not be enough voltage getting to power up these components.
3. Pull out the RAM stick and make a test to see if it's working.
I think the best option here is to bring your laptop to a technician to make the tests.
