Wd elements recognition problem

plz help...
i have a 1 tb wd hdd .
the problem of this hdd is .. when i connect it on my laptop it was found but didn't show on my computer. and when i want to open disk management it was no response but when i remove it there was found my hdd. and when connect again disk management was not responding. plz help me how to solve this problem.

Hi jpparvej,

I would recommend you to try the drive with another USB cable and on another PC. Enter Device Manager, search for the device under USB devices and uninstall it. Restart PC and plug the device back in. Do you have valuable data on the drive?
