Can't access my Yahoo email

Hello everyone,

I have a bit of a complicated problem. I have this Yahoo email that I used to sign up on Facebook. Some time after creating this email on Yahoo, I changed the password and I can't seem to remember it. The only option that Yahoo Password Helper is giving me is the code to be sent to the phone number I inserted when I created this account. However, I don't have access to that phone number anymore! Oh, I almost forgot to mention that I still have access to Facebook because apparently my Facebook password is different than my Yahoo email password. I am hoping there is a way to reset my Yahoo email password through my Facebook account.
