IPod won't turn on

Hello,

My iPod is the fifth generation. It has turned off and won't turn back on. It was fully charged at the time. My home button doesn't work... How do I solve this problem. Please help

Have you jailbroken it? If so if it is tethered you need a PC to startup.

Try holding the power and home buttons at the same time.
