Only goes to the windows screen and stops

Hello,
my Toshiba isn't working i can turn it on and it goes to windows but after that nothing happens it just freezes i tried taking out the battery that didn't work it's still doing the same thing i'm trying to stay calm it doesn't go to the login screen at all i closed my laptop while youtube was playing like i always do when i got back and opened my laptop the screen was black and blue and it kept repairing my laptop then this morning it only goes to the windows screen and stop work the key bored stops working it's just a windows screen
