Hi Nayaz,
This may be a power related issue. Try to turn the laptop with the power cable plugged in. I would recommend you to try with another cable too. If the laptop does not start, disconnect the cable, remove the battery and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Connect the power cable and try to turn it on again.
