Cpu fan is running but no display on monitor

hello friends,i got a problem
my cpu fan is running but no display on monitor.I also removed cmos & ram for 2 minutes and inserted back.after that,my cpu automatically turn on when the ups is on.....I have also check motherboard by removing ram( i heard a beep voice) I have got this problem after a lightining .please tell me a solution for this.....

I suspect you will need a new motherboard.
I suggest you have a local PC repair shop do a diagnostic evaluation since the PC needs "hands-on" access to find the problem.
