My google account has been disablied

I have had this email for 6 yrs now and all of a sudden i signed in and it said my account has been disabled and no matter what i try i cant get it back and i need the stuff in it for school and my hospital portal i cant find any tech help by phone says fill out forms and it redirects to that account which i cant access so what do i do now??
