Laptop keeps crashing

Dear Sir/miss,

The last two days my laptop (dell inspirion 17 SE) keeps crashing while I am gaming. The fans have been cleared out and the pc is not overheated the moment it crashed. When I try to reboot the laptop after the system shuts down it wont reboot without the power cord plugged in and when the cord is plugged in it says the power is low, but when windows has been booted it says the battery is full. Can anyone help me with this problem? Thank you in advance!
