Acer laptop won't turn on; suffered a little fall

My Acer touch screen laptop recently suffered a little fall and now every time I try to turn it on it gets stuck on the start-up screen. I have tried leaving it on for hours, turning it on and off, taking out the battery. I would be very grateful if any one knew what might be going on. Thanks!

It probably needs to be sent back to the factory for servicing.
