Hacked from facebook

Hello, I got hacked , so I wanted to recover and change my password , it said it will send me a 6 digit code, but that's my old phone, I been having this account for years what can I do, please help

Hi

If you never changed your recovery address, how to you expect Fb to get in contact with you?

I am afraid that you are out of luck.
