Is it same using the touch pad and the external mouse, or using one of them always is good for laptop working conditions?

I like using a real mouse if I have the space.

a real mouse is always the best way to go. As long as I can use a mouse I will. It is also a nice way to preserve your touchpad. The touchPad is always the best option when you are on the go
