I Have Tried The Regedit High Low Filters!!! They Do Not Exist On My Laptop!!
Anyone Have A Solution To This Problem!! And Also I Changed The Drive So It's Not That!! Thanks Tommy

Try to reinstall the driver.

Sorry for the delay.
Is this a recent occurrence after a system update?
If so, I suggest you restore your system to a previous date where the drive was recognized.
