Hello,

I have a new 64G flash drive it's working properly. You can save different files in it but when I safely removed the flash drive and plugged it back in, the files that were in there went missing. And the memory capacity went back to normal. It's like my flash drive has been reformatted or something and it happens all the time. Please help me :'( pretty please...

Hi Boks,

Check if the same happens on another PC. It seems like the files were not saved on the flash. Did you get some error or no notification at all? If there is no important data on the flash drive, format it and check again. I strongly recommend you to check the topic below.

Hope this helps

So now it is not possible to try formatting again? Try it when in Safe Mode. Try using the Diskpart command from the command prompt. It should be like this:
Diskpart
List disk
Select disk n (where n is the number of the drive)
Clean
Create partition primary
Active
Select partition 1
Format FS=Fat32

Press enter after every command. Formatting may take some time.
