Hello,
I'm running a laptop with Windows XP professional. After running updates now will not boot up. I cannot disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. Can't get into BIOS or anything. Help!!

Does it get to the point were it says start windows normaly,
Then you press that and nothing happens. The screen just stays black.
