Unable to open a PDF attachment

Hello,

I am unable to open up PDF attachments from one sender. i do not have this issue when opening PDFs from other senders.

That sender probably is sending you bad/damaged files.

the sender from their IT department indicated that it could be an issue on my end insofar as my computer is thinking the file is bad. is there a setting a could change?
