Wifi is connected and the internet is not working.

Hello,
there is a issue while connecting wifi. i got to connect to wifi in acer laptop of my friend. the connection is successful adn couldn't access to internet. even a google page is not loading. With router also I checked still the same problem. Please get me the good solution asap.

It's not clear what your problem is.

Is it just your friends laptop or all wifi connections?
