Hello robi2015
You can format your external drive through data recovery software that has the ability to write zeros on a drive or either entering the following commands:
1. Open a new text document on the flash drive
2. Enter the following code in the text document:
attrib -s -h -r /s /d
cls
exit
3. Click File - Save as
4. Save it as "unhide.bat"
5. Close and delete the new text document
6. Double click on the "unhide" batch file
Hope that I helped.

Hi again,
Let's try something else. Take a look at these steps:
1. Open the Command prompt on your PC
2. Enter the following command
attrib -s -h -r X: /*.* / s / d
Be careful! Respect the spaces between words and script.
3. The letter "X" the change by letter that has assigned the USB device to the PC /that you can see in My Computer/. It can be anything, depends on each computer.
4. Then give "Enter" and wait about 30 seconds.
5. Browse the flash drive and delete the "RECYCLER" folder and if there is one called "Autorun" you need to delete it too.
Let me know if that helped.
