these are the fake pop up windows. scammers are using to scam the people the people on the internet.
if you are getting such kind of windows on the internet then you need to follow these kind of options to get rid of it.
1. open the task manager by press CTRL+ALT+DELETE button.
2. now you will able to see your browser. which will be showing running. you need to click on that and then you need to click on end task. once you will click on end task then pop up will be gone from your computer and you can use your computer as you want.
If you are having any difficulty to follow these kind of options then you need to power off your computer and then power it back on. it will start working fine.
