Hello, I was updating my stuff on my computer and nothing was so I forced my computer off when I turned it back on it says it preparing system updates it stays a black screen then goes to a blue screen with it saying problem with updating and turns off and does it again I need to be able to restore it I have had it only 3 years what can I do?

Hi,
Restart the computer
Click and do not leave on the F8
Choose safe mode
System Restore to before the problem
Start
control panel
Recovery
Open System Restore
Choose the date of restore before the problem
