I understand your despair.
You must try to pinpoint the issue. So far, from what you explain, it seems to be a display issue.
Since you can hear sound and the fan running, I suggest you try connecting to an external monitor to see if it's a screen issues.
Also try to boot in safe mode to see if you get a display.

1. Remove the battery and cable.
2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.
3. Replug and start.
