Stuck in startup

Hello,

I'm having some issues in starting up my pc which is running windows 7 currently. One night I was updating the softwares which they automatically do whenever I shut down my pc, but after updating all hundreds of them. The next day I couldn't get my windows to start, it is constantly stuck in a loop of startup then startup repairs.

Sometimes during the startup repairs, keyboard and mouse are unavailable to be used. Startup repairs worked for a few days, however since today it doesn't work anymore, and it mentioned that startup repIrs couldn't automatically repair the problem. Hence, I'm unable to start my pc today at all after rebooting it countless times. Anybody have any idea how to work through this?
